Many buses carry additional insurance which can include coverage to $10M or more. All buses are licensed in their State of registration and are listed with the Department of Transportation. Copies of insurance certificates are gladly provided on any charter with a signed contract. For schools, corporate groups and religous organizations, additional insured certificates are available at no additional charge.
How Much Of A Deposit Is Required To Charter A Bus?
Great question. Your deposit will vary depending on the date of your charter, availability and the type of buses and service we will be providing for you. In most cases a 20 percent will be due at the time of booking with final payment due within 30 days of your charter.
