How Do I Know My Group Is Riding On A Safe, Insured and Licensed Bus ?
All affiliates of USA Bus Charter, Inc. must provide our company with a certificate of insurance showing that their fleets meet or exceed Federal guidelines for insurance requirements. In addition, we pull a safety report on each operator within 24-48 hours prior to your charter service. All operators must have a SATISFACTORY rating with the Department of Transportation in order to provide service on behalf of USA Bus Charter, Inc. Certificates of insurance naming your group as an additional insured are available at no cost on any charter bus service we provide.
What Is The Cancelation Policy ?
Each client reserving charter bus service with USA Bus Charter, Inc. will receive written confirmation and a contract for service outlining our terms and conditions. This contract is a legal and binding agreement that is designed for your protection as well as ours. Never charter a bus from any service without receiving a written work order, confirmation and contract.
How Much of A Deposit Will I Need To Reserve A Bus ?
Deposits will vary from charter to charter. Generally, a deposit is determined by availability and the cost of the charter. Your contract will outline the deposit due and when it is due. If the deposit indicated is "too high" for your group, please contact your Account Executive and we will work with you to ensure buses are held for your group with the least amount of deposit possible.
Is Smoking Allowed On The Bus ?
Smoking is never allowed on any charter bus offered through USA Bus Charter, Inc. Your driver will make as many stop as you'd like time permitting.
Can We Bring Alcohol On The Bus ?
Alcohol is permitted on certain buses and for certain charters. It is always at the discretion of the operator of the bus as to whether or not he/she will allow alcohol on board. An additional deposit and or cleaning fee may be required. Please consult your Account Executive for additional information and availability of buses that are acceptable to have alcohol on board.
What Forms Of Payment Does USA Bus Charter, Inc. Accept ?
USA Bus Charter, Inc. will gladly accept your personal or company check for deposits and final payment so long as the date of service is not within (10) days of the date of the check. In addition, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. There may be a limit as to the amount that can be accepted by credit card and not all charters are eligible for credit card payment. Please consult your Account Executive for additional information, terms and conditions.
Why Does My Credit Card Get Charged More Than Once For The Service ?
When you place a reservation with USA Bus Charter, Inc. and pay your deposit by credit card the deposit only is processed. Once the final payment is due that will be processed as well. Therefore, you will often see more than one charge. In addition, USA Bus Charter, Inc. has floor limits in place for security reasons and your card may be processed more than twice depending on the size of the actual amount requiring to be charged. Does USA Bus Charter, Inc. Offer Special Rates For Non-Profit Organizations ?
Yes. USA Bus Charter, Inc. will work with your non-profit group or organization as best as possible to offer the lowest rates and finest service available. Always let us know in advance that you are a non-profit 501(c)3 group and we will extend all possible discounts to you.
Who Do I Contact In Case Of An Emergency During Our Charter ?
Within (48) hours of your charter service you will be contacted by email or phone and given emergency dispatch and driver information. This will include a local (not a toll free number) to call for any last minute changes or emergencies. In addition, we will provide when available with your drivers name and cellular number for peach so you can also confirm your trip directly with your professional driver and provide up to the minute details if needed.
Is The Driver's Gratuity Included In The Charter ?
Your contract will show whether or not your driver's gratuity is included. If gratuity is included this is a minimum amount and additional gratuity for good service is always the standard. Tipping should be $1 to $2 per person per day in addition to any included gratuity. Gratuity is always at your discretion.
Can We Inspect The Buses Before The Charter Service Date ?
Yes. Once your charter is contracted and deposited you may request to visit our local affiliates office for pre-service inspection. Please keep in mind based on schedules and changes we cannot guarantee that the bus you will see will be the specific bus you will be receiving. All buses provided by USA Bus Charter, Inc. are new and late model coaches and your contract will reflect the details and items we are promising will be a part of your charter order.

How Far In Advance Should I Reserve A Charter Bus ?
It is always suggested that you reserve as far in advance as possible. Weekends and Summer months (May through September) are the busiest times of the year for service. Prices are always subject to change so please reserve early to save you and your group money.
