Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate USA Bus Charter's excellent service for the trip ASPF conducted yesterday. I'm very grateful for your efforts to secure the 55 passenger bus, it was far better for us all to be on one bus. It was a grand day for our Foundation and Monty, the driver, couldn't have been more helpful or gracious. He went above and beyond to make our trip a fine event. We intend to conduct additional trips like this in the coming months and will utilize USA Bus Charter again because of the fine service you and Monty provided. I look forward to working with you again.

Lacy arranged our transportation to and from the hotel/airport for our high school choir and sponsors, a total of 83 students and chaperones. I wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you did to make our trip a complete success. We had saved for this trip for 2 years, and the girls, being so young, hated doing that. Kids these days want to spend their money as soon as they have it - so waiting so long was really hard for them. The day we had in Boston on Friday made them realize that there are things worth waiting for. Sonny was our driver, and he was wonderful. He counted heads quicker than I did every time we boarded, and I told him he'd make a great Girl Scout Leader, LOL... After my worrying about the behavior of a bus full of pre-teen girls, I shouldn't have - they were wonderful, and I'm glad to know that Sonny has had much worse on his bus before ;) ... I think he might have enjoyed himself, too!! We handed him a stack of 20+ thank you notes, and he laughed when he saw them and said he'd have some reading to do later. He was better-than-prompt - he anticipated everything we were going to be doing, and was always there, ready to whisk us off to our next activity. The girls were especially excited to see Sonny driving into the Museum of Science at the same time our Duck Tour was pulling back into the same parking lot. We quacked, and he honked, and we all had a good laugh. His sense of humor made our rides more enjoyable. The bus was perfect. The purple color cracked me up - it is our town/team color - and the girls were so excited when they saw the color alone. Miss Suzy, how did you get a purple bus?, LOL.... When they stepped inside, they were thrilled, as we had told them that they would have to save another year for a limo bus like that. Our thanks to Bobby at AA Allstars for being so flexible with the price - I hope it did not set him back, and that he understands what a big, big deal it was for us. The girls will never forget that trip - and the experience of spending a day in a bus like that made it all the more special. Girls were dragging their parents on the bus at 10:30 at night to show them what they had been in all day. His generosity meant so much to all of us. Lacy, you were awesome - from start-to-finish, and none of this could have ever happened without your help and commitment. So many companies, big and small, passed us by, some without a reply at all. You made a huge company feel like one good friend helping to plan a special trip. Your phone calls and emails were the fastest and most thorough I experienced amongst all the people I planned with over the past month. It was your hard work that made this happen, and for that, we are extremely grateful. You helped to make our two-year wait worthwhile, and our memories will last a lifetime after such a special day. I've attached a picture of the girls with the bus, thought it would make you giggle. My own angels are in the front row -- the poor (lucky?), solitary boy, Carson - and the blonde with the white shirt sticking her tongue out - Kendyl. Have a wonderful summer, Lacy.

I am writing to you to thank you for your co-operation in the bookings for our bus that we chartered from your company. It met with all of our neeeds and in particular we would like to pass on to you that our driver was excellent. He was like a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to meet. He interacted with our players well and nothing was too much for him to handle. In the coming year we will be chartering from your company again. Until then, I want to thank you again.

Thank you so much for all of your help with arranging the bus trip. You were fantastic and so was, Chris, the driver. Although he was late, we made the show in plenty of time and had a wonderful evening. He was very tolerant of our “fun” and took everything in stride…a good man.
Most importantly, I don’t know what I would have done without you. The fact that you were responsive to our needs, took the extra steps to make sure we were taken care of, kept in contact with me and followed through until the everything was taken care of was very, very impressive! I am in your debt. As a side note, the reason this was so important is that the show was of my daughter and her band who are touring across the North-East promoting her new CD. I have been a single parent for many years (still am) and being there meant the world to both of us. All I can offer is “Thank You!!!”. If you send me an address I will mail her CD to you…as a gesture of appreciation. Please feel free to share this email with your supervisor.
