Last month we took a trip to a conference in North Carolina with over 80 college students and young professionals, and USA Bus Charter bailed us out when we were in a pinch. We had originally worked with another popular charter bus company to arrange for two buses to carry our group on a weekend trip. At the last minute we found out that our arrangement fell through because the other bus company said that they didn’t have any buses available to accommodate us. I wanted to write and thank you personally for the wonderful service I received today as I talked with JP over the phone in getting a quote for a church youth group trip I’m planning for next summer. As is usual with planning a large trip on a limited budget, I called multiple charter companies to get quotes and get a feel for the quality of service available (especially when our trip will take us 10 hours from home). I can't begin to thank you enough for the "fix" you pulled Durham out of at the end of October 2006. A problem create by not one but two other charter companies. We are the transportation contractor who provides service to the Amarillo Independent School District. AISD had two charter buses with XXXXXXX but they cancelled on them last minute. I began to scramble around and finally called XXXXXXXXXXXXX who said they could help us. I called them at 8:00am they said they had buses and could do the charters. I did the paperwork, gave them a credit card and 4:50pm they called and informed me they had no buses. So in a last ditch effort I found your number and called in a drastic plea for help. It took some shaking and some moving around but you made it happen! The buses show up, made the trip to San Angelo and back and Amarillo ISD was happy with us once again.
