USA Bus Charter, Inc. handles your charter bus business from beginning to end and places your reservation and service order with one of our licensed, insured and contracted affiliates.

Will I Pay A Premium To Use USA Bus Charter, Inc. ?
No. The rates our company has available to the general public are in most cases less than what clients can find themselves. Giving our affiliates millions of dollars of business each year allows us to provide our cleints with special pricing they may not otherwise be able to take advantage of. In many cities, USA Bus Charter, Inc. sets the price for service due to our tremendous charter bus buying power.

Are The Buses Licensed and Insured ?
Yes. Every USA Bus Charter affiliate has on file with our office record of all licensing and insurance. In addition, we are linked directly to the United States Department of Transportation's website which allows us to view information such as insurance, Federal licensing and inspection reports on each of our affiliates. All carriers working for USA Bus Charter, Inc. carry a minimum of $5,000,000.00 of liability insurance and hold licenses in their respective markets. Insurance certificates are available upon request when you hold a contracted reservation with USA Bus Charter.

Why Does'nt USA Bus Charter Offer Set Rates ?
Each city and market throughout the U.S. is priced different. For example, a mini-bus in Las Vegas could cost as little as $55.00 per hour and the same bus in Los Angeles could cost $75.00 per hour. Just like the cost of housing in different markets, bus prices vary. USA Bus Charter will take into consideration all the aspects of your charter needs and quote you the lowest price possible for the market in which you require service.

Can I Rent The Bus and Drive It Myself ?
No. USA Bus Charter, Inc. is not a rental car/bus agency. Due to the strict guidelines that cover the charter bus industry buses are available by lease or rental only with driver's supplied, licensed and certified by the company that owns the bus.

How Much Of A Deposit Is Required To Charter A Bus ?
Deposits will vary from charter to charter. Your account executive will work with you and your group to establish dates and payments to insure your charter is paid for prior to your date of departure. You can hold most buses with as little as $100.00 on the day you place your reservation with USA Bus Charter. USA Bus Charter, Inc. accepts most major credit cards.

How Far In Advance Should I Book My Bus Charter ?
USA suggests that clients reserve their transportation "as soon as they know they will need it". 95% of all charter bus service in major cities sell out on weekends 1 to 3 weeks in advance. And many popular dates for events such as NASCAR, Sporting Events or conventions and trade shows can sell out months in advance.
