- Our company has on staff a 24/7 manager on call who will work direct with you and your group should a customer care or service issue arise. You will never be left alone to deal with these issues. - Our commitment that we will work hard with you and our affiliates to resolve any issues as they happen, not after your trip or months later. We have the highest level of confidence in our affiliates and staff and that is why we offer this level of service and commitment to you and your group. Less than 1% of all charters require our customer care team to be involved which is an above average rating in our industry.
