Safety. Its Something We Work Hard On Each Day.
At USA Bus Charter, Inc. we know that our clients count on and depend on us for safety for each and every charter. That's why we take safety seriously. Selecting the right affiliates to provide service to our clients is important but insuring they continue to provide quality and safe service for each and every charter is more important.

We know that there is alot riding on having the safest and most reliable charter bus service. That's why countless schools, churches, colleges and public organizations trust USA Bus Charter, Inc. for their charter bus rental services nationwide.

Your safety is our concern. We know how valuable those are who are riding with us and we don't take that trust lightly. We earn it by ensuring that every company and every charter meets strict Federal guidelines and that your service is performed to the highest national standards for Interstate charters.

Federal Motor Carrier Registered
To stay involved with the latest laws and regulations our company is one of only two nationwide charter bus rental networks we know of that has registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on a voluntary basis. Staying current with Federal laws and guidelines is a must.  We register with them so that they may contact us with new laws or guidelines as they change.

Insurance
To ensure that our affiliates remain insured for each charter we have on file more than 900 certificates of insurance naming our firm as additional insured. At your request and for "no additional charge" we can request your group receive a certificate of your own showing your firm or organization listed as additional insured direct from the bus owning company.

Being listed as an additional insured means that if a cancellation is pending we will be notified and any reservations placed with that affiliate can be moved to another without our clients ever having a concern.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Records
Prior to placing our business with our affiliates our staff utilizes the FMCSA to check on the safety rating of all affiliates. This system allows us to check and view history on each company, confirm insurance, check safety ratings including reported accidents or losses. USA Bus Charter, Inc.'s affiliates must hold satisfactory safety ratings with the FMCSA. A print out of this report is available upon request (shown below).

No Long Term Contracts
USA Bus Charter does not place our affiliates under long term contract to provide our services. This means if we discover that an affiliate is providing less than satisfactory service we are able to terminate or working agreement with them and not have their services exposed to other clients of USA Bus Charter. Being able to choose who is going to service our clients puts us in full control of your service experience.

Our 24 Years of Experience Does Make a Difference !
After 24 years of experience in the group, corporate and airport transportation business as owners and operators of vehicles we know and understand what it takes to operate a quality and safe service. Knowing what to look for in a company is important. While many of our competitors today are nothing more than internet based start up companies we have decades of experience in working with a nationwide base of affiliates and insurance companies to make sure all the requirements for a safe charter trip are met.

New and Late Model Buses
There is not enough to be said about having a new or late model bus in excellent working condition. Let's face it, an operator who cannot afford to replace his/her bus after 10 years is probably not running a profitable operation.  Operators who are concerned about public safety adhere to strict service guidelines set forth by the coach builders and will turn their equipment over as frequently as possible to insure they operate the safest and newest buses possible.

Yes. There are buses being chartered out there that are 25 years old and "still" on the road for service. Trust your friends at USA Bus Charter to ensure you do not end up riding on an old and tired motorcoach. There is "major" difference between these two coaches when it comes to safety and luxury. Don't be promised something that won't be delivered on service....call USA Bus Charter.

Why People Choose USA Bus Charter, Inc.
We are honest and sincere about doing everything in our power to insure your charter bus rental service is "safe". After being in the transportation business for nearly two and a half decades....we don't cut corners to make the sale. USA Bus Charter, Inc. is the eyes and ears of the group transportation business for many of our clients. Our clients are busy professionals or people who don't understand the make up and chemistry of what it takes to provide a safe charter bus experience.

USDOT-FMCSA (United States Department of Transportation – Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) SafeStat: Short for Motor Carrier Safety Status Measurement System, this is an automated, data driven analysis system designed by the FMCSA. The scoring system depends on data collected and reported by state and federal agencies, which has a history of being incomplete. This is primarily due to limited resources being committed to inspection of operators. USA Bus Charter, Inc. cannot warrant the accuracy of the information provided by State and Federal agencies. Some mini buses, school buses and specialty vehicles may have lower minimum coverage requirements.

These reports share vital information with us that the Federal Government makes available. This information can include the operators safety rating, number of accidents if any and information about their general operations including the number of buses and drivers. Prior to each charter a new report on our affiliates is generated and reviewed to insure there has been no negative changes in their report. USA Bus Charter is one of only a few companies nationwide known to even go to this measure to ensure safety.
