Our Phoenix office is also equipped with internet services provided by AIRBAND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Built on a Cisco powered IP backbone utilizing fixed wireless technologies, airBand has constructed a highly reliable broadband Internet and data access platform.


Off Site Emergency Communications
In the event our corporate office in Phoenix becomes disabled USA Bus Charter, Inc. has remote locations in San Diego, California, Solana Beach, California, Goodyear, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. To communicate with our clients and affiliates we use the GLOBALSTAR satellite handheld communications equipment as well as Verizon Wireless. Our company has (4) dedicated laptops for emergency use which our outfitted with Verizon Wireless PC5740 Aircards which provide wireless internet service and downloads up to 400-700kbps.


Two Way Radio Communications
USA Bus Charter, Inc. knows the importance of having direct and instant communication with our nationwide affiliates, especially during a disaster. Our company and many of our nationwide affiliates utilize the NEXTEL/SPRINT communications network. With the push of a button on a dedicated group channel, USA Bus Charter, Inc. can communicate with affiliates in any of our 350 service markets. In addition, USA Bus Charter, Inc. holds in inventory more than 40 NEXTEL radios which can be shipped, flown in or sent to persons in need during a natural disaster.


On-Site Communications
Lets face it, in a situation like a natural disaster fixed base radio systems and towered cellular networks may not be available. Thus the reason USA Bus Charter, Inc. turns to satellite communications for voice and data. For local onsite communications our company relies on Motorola radios which our company can use for communications within a 10 mile radius in any city in the U.S. This system allows for our onsite staff to dispatch and communicate with buses and drivers who will be used to provide emergency services.


Mobile Command Center
When you need us the most we will be there. USA Bus Charter, Inc. operates one of the only mobile command centers that we know of. This command center can be dispatched to any area of the U.S. within days to act as an onsite office if needed. Within the command center we feature 8 wireless telephones, 4 emergency laptops with wireless and optional satellite connection, fax capabilities, two way radios, television and radio as well as enough resources to house four people for up to seven days at any location with or without power, water or food.

If FAA airspace is not restricted but commercial flights are cancelled, USA Bus Charter, Inc.'s staff have provisions in place to be there - if need be. Our company maintains a relationship with a prominent FBO (Flight Based Operator) that provides on demand charters from our home office area, Phoenix, AZ. Within 6-7 hours our staff can be on the ground in any major U.S. city working with our affiliates to insure that reliable, safe and well planned evacuation transportation services are being provided. Charter jet service to transport staff to your location will average about $4000.00 per hour based on travel time plus landing fees. Other fees may apply.
