Insurance Requirements.
Your company must meet or exceed all State and/or Federal licensing and insurance requirements. If accepted as an affiliate of USA Bus Charter, you must be able to provide us with a certificate of insurance listing our company as an, "additional insured", not just a certificate holder. Please make sure you are able to do this prior to applying. This certificate of insurance should read as follows; National Transportation and Charter, Inc. dba USA Bus Charter, 2780 South Jones Blvd., Suite 200-3247 Las Vegas, Nevada 89146 as the additional insured. These certificates "must" be mailed in original form from your broker or carrier. Faxed or email copies will not be accepted.
