USA Bus Charter knows how important passenger safety is. Every charter bus from our company is licensed and insured to meet or exceed State and/or Federal requirements. All operators must hold a "Satisfactory" rating with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations [FMCSA]. Buses are inspected through the FMCSA and public safety reports are available upon request. Each bus that is licensed for interstate transport of passengers is insured to a minimum of $5,000,000.00 which is the Federal requirement. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. USA Bus Charter prides itself on having one of the most thorough and comprehensive safety systems in place to protect our clients. 48 hours prior to each charter, USA Bus Charter re-checks the safety record of every owner-operator that is providing service for us. This includes a check to make sure insurance is valid and coverage's have not changed as well as to check Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reports to ensure the carrier has the required "Satisfactory" rating which is the highest rating available from the FMCSA. No other nationwide network goes to the extent USA Bus Charter does to make sure it's passengers are absolutely protected. If your group would like to receive a certificate of insurance with your groups name on it, please request that at the time of booking and we will furnish that to your group 72 hours prior to your departure date. We will gladly list any client as additional insured, fees may apply.
