Q: How far in advance should I reserve my transportation?
A: It is always suggested to reserve your service as soon as you know you will need it. This way, you are guaranteed access to the best selection of buses at the lowest rates. As dates start to fill up availability can become limited.
Q: What precautions are taken due to COVID-19?
A: All buses are sanitized and cleaned after each charter. Your professional driver will wear a mask and offer contact-less service throughout your charter. Since it is only your group on the bus you can utilize all the seats or social distance and have your group wear masks or not, the choice is 100 percent yours.
Q: What forms of payments does USA Bus Charter accept?
A: We accept company and personal checks as well as money order and cashiers checks. American Express, MasterCard and VISA are accepted for most charters although there may be a limit as to the amount of the charge we can accept. Checks are generally not accepted within  days of your charter. We also take checks by fax and email as well as wire transfers from domestic and international clients. We also accept Zelle® for instant funds transfer.
Q: Are the buses licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Every single vehicle offered by USA Bus Charter is State and/or Federally licensed and insured. All buses are privately owned and operated. Each operation that provides service under the USA Bus Charter name is vetted and carefully checked to ensure that our clients are receiving only the finest and safest buses available.
Q: Does USA Bus Charter offer service for individuals?
A: Not really. We do not offer scheduled transportation or sell bus tickets to go from point A to point B. All of the services available from USA Bus Charter are private and dedicated charters. Meaning the bus is used by you and your group only. We do offer luxury sedans, limousines and SUV's in case you only have a few people in your group.
Q: What if I have a problem during my charter?
A: USA Bus Charter will provide to you the day before your charter the local office phone number from where the bus will be dispatched from as well as the name of the driver(s) and their cellular phone numbers. USA Bus Charter is staffed 24/7 and a manager is always on duty or on call to handle any needs that you may have.
Q: Do you offer discount or special pricing for 501(c)3 clients?
A: USA Bus Charter custom quotes each charter. This means "all" groups can take full advantage of any special pricing that may be available. We offer discounts for non-profits, schools, fundraising groups, corporate clients and others. You are assured of the best pricing when you contact us and request a quote. Have a lower price but want to use USA Bus Charter? You can send that quote to us for review and if the service is matched with our service, we will meet or beat that quote for you based on availability.
