Shannon gave me the information of the driver's name and cell number the day before the event. The shuttle arrived in a timely fashion in the city of Philadelphia. The driver was very polite and drove safely to our destination. It was used just for a wedding. The guests were driven from the hotel to the venue one way. The seats were very comfortable. Hi Steven, Sorry for the delay in responding.  I have been swamped since I returned, and am slowly trying to catch up. The trip went great!  The driver was outstanding, the bus was almost brand new.  Everyone was very pleased with bus and driver.  We ran into bad weather and had to cancel two boat tours on Lake superior, but we replaced those with additional shopping time, and everyone was happy!  I will be in contact with you again in the next few months.  We don't have dates in mind yet, but we are looking at a trip to North and South Carolina in the fall.  I think the debate right now is whether to do a 7-night trip by flying to Atlanta, or doing a 10-night trip by driving all the way. Thank you again for all your help with this.  We had a small group, but it was a great trip, and we broke even!

A very prompt pick up and new bus that was clean and fully loaded was waiting for us at our origin in Madison Heights, MI. This note is to inform you of the quality service received from USA Bus Charter which took us on a college tour to the Midwest with 31 students. From my initial encounter with the Director of Corporate and Group Sales, Chuck LaBerge, to the ending engagements with the bus driver, John L. Simon, Jr., the experience was superior.  Chuck made sure that all of the paperwork was turned in on time in order to solidify a charter for our scheduled event. After one bus company failed my school miserably and could not provide us with our promised buses (a week before our first trip!), I was in desperate need of a miracle. He was better-than-prompt - he anticipated everything we were going to be doing, and was always there, ready to whisk us off to our next activity.  The girls were especially excited to see Sonny driving into the Museum of Science at the same time our Duck Tour was pulling back into the same parking lot.  We quacked, and he honked, and we all had a good laugh. His sense of humor made our rides more enjoyable. The bus was perfect.  The purple color cracked me up - it is our town/team color - and the girls were so excited when they saw the color alone.   Miss Suzy, how did you get a purple bus?, LOL....  When they stepped inside, they were thrilled, as we had told them that they would have to save another year for a limo bus like that.  Our thanks to Bobby at AA Allstars for being so flexible with the price - I hope it did not set him back, and that he understands what a big, big deal it was for us.  The girls will never forget that trip - and the experience of spending a day in a bus like that made it all the more special.  Girls were dragging their parents on the bus at 10:30 at night to show them what they had been in all day.  His generosity meant so much to all of us. Lacy, you were awesome - from start-to-finish, and none of this could have ever happened without your help and commitment.  So many companies, big and small, passed us by, some without a reply at all.  You made a huge company feel like one good friend helping to plan a special trip.  Your phone calls and emails were the fastest and most thorough I experienced amongst all the people I planned with over the past month.  It was your hard work that made this happen, and for that, we are extremely grateful.  You helped to make our two-year wait worthwhile, and our memories will last a lifetime after such a special day. Norfolk State recently contracted with USA Bus Charter for our visit to Houston, TX. We were very impressed with the prompt, courteous customer service. Our bus driver, Hugo, was always on time and he had the most up to the minute directions to everywhere that we wanted to travel. I wanted to take a moment and let you know what exceptional customer service Carolina provided our group in the process of renting a charter bus. From the beginning, Carolina was very prompt and informative in all of our email correspondence.  On my initial request for information I put the date of travel as 11/10/12, but mistakenly completed the information form for 12/1/12.  Without realizing it, I proceeded to complete the contract and thought our group was set to go this Saturday, 11/10/12.  I emailed Carolina yesterday just to confirm as our group is a simple high school booster club and we do not do this kind of travel often.  Carolina informed me of the mistake I had made and of course I was in a complete panic, as I was responsible for getting 70 high school boys to a State Cross Country Meet. Carolina worked all day yesterday finding us another bus and amending the contract.  She could have easily told me I was stuck and to find a solution to the problem myself.  I know your company deals with charter contracts all the time, but it is certainly new to me and as I went about my work day yesterday there was no way I could have started calling other companies. I am sure you often hear the negative situations from customers, but I wanted to send a positive one your way.  Our group attends this cross country meet every year.  I will definitely contact your company again next year.  Thank you for such exceptional customer service and for Carolina totally fixing my mistake!
