Nationwide Bus Shortage.
In our more than 38 years of being in the corporate, airport and group transportation business we have never seen the demand for group transportation exceed the supply of buses. Right now, the nation is experiencing an extreme shortage of motor coach companies and qualified operators (drivers) throughout the U.S.
During the pandemic in 2020, hundreds of motor coach companies decide to close their doors for good as our industry came to a complete stop. Buses were parked, lease payments could not be made, driver's turned to unemployment and many found positions in the trucking industry or decided to seek employment outside of the transportation sector. Owners were forced to return buses to the bank and to even pursue other areas of employment to keep a roof over their heads. These companies found it near to impossible to continue to pay for buses, insurance and yards to keep the buses parked until business got back to usual.
In January 2021 as the U.S. opened more and governors relaxed mandates for groups to assemble, the group transportation and travel business began to pick back up. However, the demand for transportation of these groups has far exceeded what is available throughout the U.S. With the loss of thousands of buses nationwide, the current and active supply of vehicles cannot meet
The USA Bus Charter Difference.
With a rich and long history of almost 40 years in the passenger transportation business we have been providing our clients with access to buses that they otherwise would not have available to them for their groups. These are operators that we work with throughout the U.S. who have relocated buses from rural markets to major cities and companies who do not have the resources or ability to advertise and market their services on a national level like USA Bus Charter. Partnering with these companies, our resources and ability to provide additional buses during this unprecedented period of high demand, we are able to fill the needs of many of our clients where as other companies simply cannot. Even our competitors call upon USA Bus Charter to provide buses when they cannot.

Please. Reserve. Early.
If you know your group is going to require charter bus transportation, please, consider reserving early since availability is limited and prices are subject to change based on market demands and the availability of motor coaches in select areas. Under normal market conditions it is not uncommon for clients to reserve their transportation as far as a year out so if you are looking for group transportation in the next few days, weeks or months and we have availability for you, "PLEASE CONSIDER BOOKING NOW". We will work with your group as best as possible to provide the lowest deposit available to hold your transportation for you and will even provide a payment play over time in order for you to pay the charter in full prior to the actual service date.
Price is Never Everything.
No where more than with the group travel and transportation business does the saying, "you get what you pay for" hold true. If a price is extremely low, there's a reason for it. Keep in mind that new buses can cost upwards of $750,000.00 while an old, tired and exhausted coach with a million miles on it can sell for just 10 percent of that. All buses are not created equally. Qualified drivers expect to be paid a higher wage and generally only want to work with companies who operate new, safe and state of the art equipment. A veteran driver did not spend 20 years driving motor coaches only to be placed behind the wheel of a tired old bus prone to breakdowns. The lowest price is not always the best price and companies who sell on price alone, potentially aren't able to offer the high quality buses and experienced drivers that other companies do.
