Q: Is Alcohol Allowed on the bus?
A: Most charters from USA Bus Charter qualify to have alcohol on the coach. Of course it is up to each coach owner/operator since the rules for this are set locally. Generally there is an additional due which is refundable providing there is no damage or need for the bus to be cleaned. As we're sure you can understand, we can't have a bus come back from a charter at 4:00am and then go out again at 7:00am for a corporate group smelling of spilled beer. No glass bottles are allowed for safety reasons and no mini or full size kegs please. Please keep in mind everyone on the bus must be of legal drinking age even if they are not planning on drinking.
Q: How Far in Advance Should We Reserve?
A: It is a good idea to book your transportation service for your fraternity or sorority as far in advance as possible especially if you require more than one bus. We can help you work out a payment arrangement for the deposit and payments to pay for the bus prior to the day you need service. We're very flexible and enjoy working with our fraternity and sorority clients.
