Are Charter Bus Prices Increasing?

 With the rising costs of fuel and labor in 2022, many are wondering if charter bus prices are increasing or will be increasing soon. Some companies are passing these costs along to clients in the way of fuel surcharges and increased rates.

Since USA Bus Charter has over 1000 registered operators nationwide, we are placing our clients business with those who are attempting to operate without increased costs for fuel or service and passing those increases along to clients. Only 1 of 10 charters we are currently doing are effected by a fuel surcharge or price increase prior to service. As the costs of diesel continue to drop, so will the assessment of those fuel surcharges by certain companies.

USA Bus Charter works very hard to provide our clients with pricing that reflects the true and actual cost of the charter. What we are seeing is clients who are electing to go with the "lowest price" only to realize that in the days or weeks before their charter service is to be provided, a massive surcharge is accessed.

If the price is too good to be true, it probably is so we caution our clients when being offered such a price. We are actively doing all we can to keep charter bus rental prices low and pass discounts from our operators on to our clients.
